Plasma Cutting
- 200 & 260 Amp High Definition Plasma; Ability to precision cut plate up to 65mm
- Automated bevel head; Range 0-45° top to bottom and unlimited 360° rotation
- Etching & Marking Capabilities
- Cutting beds up to 26 metres by 3.4 metres
Bevel Cutting
- 260 Amp High Definition Plasma; Ability to cut bevels on plate up to 50mm
- Oxy-Fuel; Ability to cut bevels on plate up to 100mm
- Automated bevel head; Range 0-45° top to bottom and unlimited 360° rotation
Drilling And Tapping
- Two Kinetics 3000 with 10HP Servo Turrets
- Capable of drilling Mild and High Tensile Steel; range 3-26mm
- Capable of tapping Mild and High Tensile Steel; range M3-M14
Oxy-Fuel Cutting
- Two Kinetic 3000’s with twin Oxy-Fuel torches
- Capable of cutting plate up to 300mm
- One D.P.S. Silhouette 1800G with twin Oxy-Fuel torches
- Capable of cutting plate up to 200mm
